Job Description
We are looking to hire a talented strategic sales expert who will be responsible for speaking with potential customers to help them learn about the company, products and services. Your duties include meeting with customers, explaining how the company’s products or services function and providing tutorials for the product or service to enable our customers have better and vast knowledge about our products. In this role, you will be identifying key areas for improvement, conducting market research, and suggesting strategies to boost company performance. To ensure success as a strategic sales expert, you should have sound knowledge of one on one pitching and the ability to convince a potential customer about our products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct presentations and tutorials to demonstrate to potential customers the benefits and use of our products.
- Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with customers to generate repeat purchases of our products and referrals.
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
- Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
- Use promotional methods such as phone calls, emails and social media to reach potential clients and build a long-lasting business relationship with them.
- Determine new ways to make our products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.
- Become an expert in our product offerings and serve as a go-to source for customers who want more information concerning our products.
- Manage and improve the existing sales structure with new and innovative strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of experience.
- Academic qualification of either an OND, HND, or BSc.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals.
- Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous customers.
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over other competing products.
- Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection.
- Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy customers’ needs.
- Salary ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 depending on your qualifications.
