Job Title: Service Fulfillment Engineer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Function: Service Fulfillment & Support
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Grade: Permanent
Travel: Occasional

Purpose

Enhance customer service by reducing downtime and improving service delivery.

Key Results (KPIs)

Restore service failures within set time frames
Implement new projects seamlessly
Provide prompt communication via OTRS
Execute preventive maintenance on the network
Support sales with bid documents and technical prep
Ensure timely project completion and inventory management

Qualifications & Skills

Academic: Bachelor’s in Computer or Electrical Engineering
Professional: CCNA, CCNP
Customer-centric, LAN/WAN design, problem-solving
International collaboration, network device expertise
Hands-on with protocols, routing, security
3+ years in telecom, tech-savvy, teamwork
Network automation awareness.
