Job Description
The Road Trip Manager will lead field operations and sales strategies for the teams in transit, directly supporting the sales and marketing team. You will foster an atmosphere of innovation and continuous improvement within your team, inventing new ways of diving deep with data and to uncover actionable insights for decision-makers and precede the market trend.

Responsibilities

You will focus on optimizing sales efficiency by defining and implementing sales processes, standardizing operational workflows and tools, creating & documenting details of all aspects of process, and driving consistency.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure sales integrity and cleanliness of data within our CRM system and other sales tools.
Design, create & enable best practices to the field and monitor them for adoption & effectiveness.
Be in charge of the teams in the field, by driving best practices and consistency.
Write reports and maintain records.
Provide feedback after a road trip as part of a debrief session.
Make contact in advance with places to stay or visit to check details and arrangements.

Requirements and Qualifications

2 – 3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, analytics, process, or a similar role (Business operations and finance)
Academic qualification of either an OND, HND, or BSc.
A solid understanding of Sales Strategy and Operations ideally.
Experience with goals setting, training and enablement, organizational development, and metrics development.
Demonstrable experience as a Road Trip Manager or similar.
Be security-conscious and highly professional.
Having public relations skills.
Polished logistical and problem-solving methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Remunerations and Benefits

Basic income of ₦100,000 – ₦120,000 monthly plus commission.
Excellent compensation package including bonuses.
