Job Description

• Our client is looking to recruit a competent Personal Assistant to deliver individualised secretarial and administrative support in a timely, well-organized way for an engineering firm.
• The candidate must have administrative and accounting skills as they will be required to take and keep records. On a personal level, you will work on various responsibilities in the manager’s professional life and communication.
• Proximity to work is very important, only those living on the Island will be given priority.

Job Responsibilities

• Be the manager’s primary contact with on-site internal and external engineering workers.
• Dispatch correspondence, screen calls, and direct calls
• Respond appropriately to requests and inquiries.
• Record daily materials and expenses from various engineering sites.
• Keep track of appointments and meetings.
• Organise travel arrangements.
• Take notes and minutes.
• Get office supplies
• Create briefings, reports, and presentations.
• Create and keep up with a system for office filing.

Requirements and Skills

• A HND certificate or University Degree would be highly advantageous.
• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
• Understanding of office management practices
• English proficiency and Microsoft Office skills
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
• The capacity to prioritise daily workload while multitasking
• Excellent communication skills both in writing and speaking
• Reputation for discretion and confidentiality.

Pay
N100,000 / month.
