Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Nigeria

Job Description
Your position as the Operations Manager will include but not limited to the following duties:

Responsible for the overall performance of the Salon and Spa
Customer Engagement
Set Operatives goals and objectives
Assess staff requirements and recruit staff when needed
Train and coach staff
Prepare and implement standard operating procedures
Organize and monitor staff schedules
Coordinate Salon operations during each shift
Interact with customers
Advise customers on hairstyles and other products
Detailed report as regards entire operation of the salon
Maintain business records
And every other duties as assigned to you per- time.
