Job Title: Liaison Officer and Secretary

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• The suitable candidate will work closely with the Director of Education acting as the link between the Director of Education and Employee.
• Act as a link between the Director of Education and the employees and facilitate communication between these parties. This may involve conveying information, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that all parties have access to the information they need.
• Responsible for gathering and analyzing information from multiple sources to understand the needs and goals of the organizations or groups they represent.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development within the organization
• Build a strong relationship with the employees to facilitate communication and collaboration. Represent the Director of Education in meetings, events, and conferences to maintain these relationships and to keep abreast of the changes and developments in the school
• Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arranging new meetings and appointments
• Assume the duty of clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow procedures in the office.
• Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
• Make travel arrangements and document expenses.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or any related field
• Must possess related training and certification (Project Management)
• Must have customer service experience in the education sector
