Job Title: Java Software Engineer

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Role Description

• The Java Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based software applications.
• The role involves developing high-quality, reliable, and scalable software and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and fix software issues.
• This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in the fintech industry is a plus
• Strong skills in Software Development, Microservices, and Programming
• Proficiency in Spring Framework and Java programming language
• Experience in developing web services and RESTful APIs
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architecture
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
