Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Sunday with the option of 4 days off in a month

Job Summary

• We are seeking dedicated and experienced housekeepers to join our team and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of maintaining high cleanliness standards to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities 

• Clean and sanitize all areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, and common spaces.
• Change bed linens and towels, and ensure they are properly laundered and replaced.
• Perform thorough dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping to eliminate dirt, debris, and allergens.
• Restock essential amenities such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen essentials.
• Inspect the property for any damages or maintenance issues and report them promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate effectively with property managers and guests to address any special requests or concerns.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a hygienic and hazard-free environment.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner, preferably in a hospitality or short-term rental setting.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices for different surfaces and materials.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.

Salary Range
N100,000 monthly.
