Job Title: Guest Relations Officer

Location: Ilorin, Kwara

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests enquiries.
• Offer excellent customer experience.
• Check in guest appropriately.
• Relate with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Escalate every issue to the supervisor.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 2 – 5 years relevant work experience.
