We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Guest Relations Officer

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Attend to guest’s enquiries phycally and on phone
• Check-in guest appropriately
• Ensure guest experience service at all times
• Making booking and reservations for guests
• Welcoming the guest with appropriate hospitality gestures
• Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degrees with 2 – 3 years relevant work experience.
