Job Summary

• We are seeking dedicated and passionate Grade Class Teachers to join our dynamic educational team. As a Grade Class Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal development of students at a specific grade level. You will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment, implementing a well-rounded curriculum, and fostering a love of learning among your students.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with educational standards and guidelines.
  • Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles and needs of students.
  • Utilize innovative and interactive teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
• Classroom Management:
  • Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Effectively manage classroom behavior and discipline in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Foster a sense of community and respect among students.
• Assessment and Feedback:
  • Regularly assess and evaluate student progress through various methods, including tests, projects, and presentations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and communicate progress to parents.
  • Implement strategies to address individual learning needs.
• Parental Communication:
  • Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding student performance, behavior, and overall well-being.
  • Conduct parent-teacher conferences and respond to parent inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Professional Development:
  • Stay informed about educational best practices and advancements.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and improve instructional strategies.
• Extracurricular Activities:
  • Engage in extracurricular activities and school events to support the overall development of students.
  • Encourage student participation in clubs, sports, and other school activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• State certification in teaching (if applicable).
• 2 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Grade Class Teacher.
• Strong understanding of age-appropriate pedagogical approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
