We are hiring a front desk office to manage customer queries and complaints.They well responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, answering all calls and directing as needed, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Handles client complaints.
• Files documents.
• Maintains schedules.
• Providing introductory information to new customers.
• Plans business travels.
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services.
• Refills office supplies.
• Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied with any purchases
• Minimum of OND/HND in any related course
• High communication skills.
• From 1-5 years of experience in the field.
