We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Enterprise Business Analyst

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for documentation of SOPs, CRs, Role matrices
• Responsible for the preparation of Job Cards and user Manuals for use at Business Offices.
• Organizational Change Management
• Responsible for design, schedule, and delivery of End User Training courses

Requirement and Skills

• BSC / HND in relevant fields such as; Business, Computer Science, Finance, Education, Business/Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Business / Management, Accounting, and Statistics.
• Minimum 7 years experience.
• Required licenses or certifications: IIBA, PMP, CBAP, ITIL, CAPM, PMI, ABCP, CBCP, APICS, CAMS
• Experience in ALL relevant areas of Banking Operations, the Bank’s business rules, and the Bank’s Systems and Procedures, etc.
• Skills in organizing and delivery of Training courses.
• Experience using Finale.
