Job Description

Currently, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and designing online contents, as well as delivering various marketing campaigns and programs towards supporting the growth and expansion of our company’s products and services, majorly through the use of the Internet.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Understand the workings of AdWords’ programs and search engine optimization towards promoting appropriately the profit goal of the organization.
Develop and manage website content.
Work along with the plans and aspirations of the communication department of the organization.
Manage the digital agency relationships of the organization.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing content.
Oversee the activities of the company’s landing pages on social media and mobile application marketing.
You must fully understand the market goals of the organization and be set to accomplish the same within the predetermined deadline.
Coordinate and develop multimedia packages for the business growth of the organization.
Find and target audiences.
Present workable recommendations to the marketing director of the organization.
Lead management of the digital touchpoints of the organization.
Communicate with Partners and Volunteers.

Requirements and Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
Possess good understanding of digital production and marketing strategies.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to deliver on deadlines.
Must be able to multitask and remain functional under intense pressure.
Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties.
Possess proven experience in innovative digital campaigns and effective service delivery.
Ability to manage microsites, social media applications, and online ads.
Possess solid understanding of social media marketing and campaigns.
Ability to handle digital analysis and web metrics duties.
Must be proficient in CSS, HTML 5, HTML, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.

Remunerations and Benefits

Salary ₦180,000 – ₦250,000 plus commission.
