Curriculum Development:

• Lead the design of industry-relevant academic programs.
• Ensure curriculum compliance with accreditation standards.

Faculty Development:

• Foster faculty professional development.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations.

Student Success:

• Implement initiatives for student success and support.
• Analyze student performance data for improvement.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with departments for a seamless learning experience.
• Build partnerships with industry leaders.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a relevant field.
• Proven academic leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and accreditation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
