Job Overview

• We are seeking a talented content creator and studio manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging, high-quality content for podcasts and talk shows.
• Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge and experience in setting up and managing a studio to create professional-quality audio and video content.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and concepts for podcasts and talk shows.
• Develop and produce engaging and informative content for podcasts and talk shows.
• Manage the studio setup and ensure that the equipment is functioning properly for high-quality audio and video production.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in equipment and software to continually improve the studio’s production capabilities.
• Edit and produce audio and video content for publishing across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and streaming services.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote podcasts and talk shows, ensuring that content is optimized for search engines and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with guests and hosts to ensure smooth production and successful interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field such as Media Production, Communications, or Journalism.
• 1-2 years of experience in creating and producing engaging content for podcasts, talk shows, or other media channels.
• Proficient in using audio and video equipment and editing software.
• Familiarity with studio setup and management, including lighting, sound engineering, and camera operation.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills to develop engaging content ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, guests, and hosts.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
