About the Job
- Our organization is dedicated to empowering and supporting women entrepreneurs in their journey to success. We are seeking a passionate and creative Community Development Analyst to manage our online presence, engage with our community of women entrepreneurs, and drive our social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Foster a vibrant and supportive online community for women entrepreneurs.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
- Collaborate with the Communications and PR team.
- Monitor SEO performance and user engagement metrics on our digital platforms.
- Suggest and implement content optimization strategies to improve reach and impact.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Create engaging content for our newsletter to keep our community informed and inspired.
- Create website copies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy development.
- Proficiency in video editing, graphics design, and social media analytics tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for community building and empowering women entrepreneurs.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt to evolving social media trends and technologies.
