Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of the company’s technology, including core banking and APIs.
• Ensure a resilient digital infrastructure using scalable cloud technology.
• Drive innovation, evaluate new technologies, and enhance customer experience.
• Provide leadership in technology, automation, and policy communication.
• Strategically plan and implement technology investments to meet company goals.

Relevant Qualifications

• B. Eng. / B. Sc, MSc / MBA in Computer-related fields, project management certifications, and MCP.

Ideal Candidate should have:

• Extensive experience leading banking technology solutions and system integration.
• Background in FINTECH or digital Microfinance as a CTO/CIO or in top levels of a commercial bank’s tech department.
• Digital business leader with strong end-user focus and cybersecurity expertise.
• Proficient in managing IT infrastructure, networks, and end-user computing.

Salary
N800,000 / month.
