Job Title: Realtor

Job Description: We are seeking well-seasoned experienced Real Estate Marketer with not Less than 3 years of experience to join our team. As a Marketer, you will be responsible for selling our landed properties and utilizing digital marketing strategies to drive sales and generate leads.oThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, with specific knowledge and experience,Responsibilities, Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities. Build and maintain a network of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking activities. Present and demonstrate property features to potential buyers. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to property handover. Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
