We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Legal / Company Secretary

Location: Sangoteddo, Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

• Assist with gathering necessary documents and information on Clients records in the legal office.
• Attending to legal letters
• Manage all administrative responsibilities in the Legal office.
• Organizing all legal documents in a confidential way
• Liaising with other relevant departments to gather information on PWAN Max Estates details.
• Draft the first copy of responses to Legal matters.
• Conduct legal research on cases and gather pertinent legal information.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations in legal documents.
• Compile, proofread and edit drafts of contracts, and other legal documents.
• Monitor, study and develop written summaries of proposed and enacted legislation, regulations, court decisions, industry guidelines, trade journals, and other relevant publications.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 1 – 4 years work experience.
