We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Accountant

Location: Lekki 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Must be female and must live in lekki or its environs
• Allocate resources and manage finances.
• Recommend cost reduction strategies.
• Forecast financial results.
• Monitor cash flow, forecast future cash flow needs, and make adjustments accordingly
• Ensure that all financial report requirements are met, including tax filings and regulatory compliance
• Manage accounting functions such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
• Develop budgets and work with managers to ensure they are met
• Provide financial planning services to the organization, such as creating cash flow projections or developing capital budgets
• Oversee the accounting department, including monitoring staff performance and hiring new employees when needed
• Creating financial models to forecast budget impact of proposed projects or policies
• Monitor the financial health of the organization by tracking key performance indicators such as cash flow, collections, and receivables
• Provides the necessary financial reporting support to the formulation of the 5 year and one year planning targets.
• Helps determine the steps required to achieve the targets.
• Creates the corporate metrics necessary to ensure targets are being met, and creates monitors and reports on the tracking towards the targets.
• Reports on monthly results vs. targets and on key metrics

Salary
N150,000 – N250,000 / month.
