The Rivers State Civil Service Commission wishes to bring to the attention those applying for the vacancies advertised in the State civil service that for crowed management applicants should submit their applications according to their respective local government areas and their dates.
Timetable / Schedule For Submission Of Application By Various Local Government Area Of Rivers State
Below are the timetable schedule for candidates to submit application according to their local government area (LGA) of origin. Applicants who submit application outside their date of submission will risk disqualification.

Under this new submission timetable, you are to submit your application under your local government of origin and not LGA of residence.
When Will Non Rivers State Indigene Submit Their Application?
If you are from another state outside rivers state you are last on the list. All non Indigenes of Rivers State are to submit their application after all the LGA of rivers state have submitted. Their date of submission is Friday 20th November 2020.

I have been trying to input my lga is not working,u guys should make the application easy for somebody,there is no where to click and apply now,the place I manage to see registration,if I try to put my lga it will tell me that ( not found) dnt no what to do please help.

what I mean by categories 40-45 are clarical officers, Artisans and Craftman, Drivers Messengers, Security guards, Cleaners and gardeners. if O level And first school leaving Certificate are allow to submit application for the above position or categories.

If you are under Gokana Local government, i will advise you verify your date of submission at state secretariat to clear all doubt.

This Gokana LGA omission and repetition of Etche LGA could be a typo error from their end. I will suggest you visit Rivers State Civil Commission Office at state Secretariat to be better informed about this. Good luck.
This information is impromptu,is not fair.This should have been done from the onset of the guidelines release. Why waking up and changing guidelines at will. Online application should have been the best.
