Below are the timetable schedule for candidates to submit application according to their local government area (LGA) of origin. Applicants who submit application outside their date of submission will risk disqualification.

When Will Non Rivers State Indigene Submit Their Application?
If you are from another state outside rivers state you are last on the list. All non Indigenes of Rivers State are to submit their application after all the LGA of rivers state have submitted. Their date of submission is Friday 20th November 2020.

This Gokana LGA omission and repetition of Etche LGA could be a typo error from their end. I will suggest you visit Rivers State Civil Commission Office at state Secretariat to be better informed about this. Good luck.
This information is impromptu,is not fair.This should have been done from the onset of the guidelines release. Why waking up and changing guidelines at will. Online application should have been the best.
