The Rivers State Neighbourhood Safety Corps Agency (RIVNESCA) is an Agency created by the rivers state government earlier this year 2018 under the administration of Governor Nyesom Wike to meet the neighbourhood security demand of Rivers State. The agency is established to compliment the already existing security agency in the state. The Neighbourhood Safety Corps are to serve as the eye of the already existing state security in the neighbourhood. To meet this need earlier this year the state government started a recruitment process to that effect, in continuation of that recruitment names have now be shortlisted for the interview which is schedule to hold 19th November, 2018.
